include the bin directory in the release

hey, first of all, thank you for making opendal!

I noticed that in the release, the bin directory is not included, is there a particular reason ?
If possible could you include it ?

I'm packaging this for nixos at the moment and the way to package is generally to build from source. I'm packaging oli, which looks like a very useful cli tool!
If you could include the whole bin directory in the release, other binaries might be built from source.

We haven't released the binary packages due to historical reasons, but we're actively working on it! Check out #4126 and #4134 for more details. I'm hopeful that we'll be able to release them all in the next version.

The bin components look good, however they are not included in the release files.
When you have a moment, could you include the bin directory in the release code as well ?
