Task list to change project name and then do publicity

We have a new name!

Apache Otava

This ticket collects the list of tasks that arise as a result of that, and also that we need to complete before we make some social media noise about -Hunter-, Apache Otava now becoming an Apache project.

• Change the README and docs (Update Readme to clarify support status? #30 is related)
• My recommendation is that we do it once and for all and change all class names and file names too.
• Wow, who knew... There actually exists a "pip install hunter" and it is not this project. Would have been kinda relevant to add to PODLINGNAMESEARCH-228. Well, all is well that ends well
• In my opinion we can do a first release once all the name change is done. This way people who visit the github or website have something they can try

Nice to have

• Launch project website otava.apache.org. IMO updating the README is the minimum required.
• Artist to draw a project logo

There is a first step that a mentor needs to do in svn. That is to change the name in podlings.xml. I'll take care of that shortly.
