The current Perltorator requires explicitly setting PERLLIB.

Once #11 is completed, the Perl package can be installed system-wide.

Do you think it is reasonable to still support Perl?

Code is there and it works. And I do still use Perl. I'm dropping Tcl as no idea about it and never met anybody that uses it.
