how to install it in centos6.5？

There's no RPM right now, unfortunately -- I don't have much time to learn how to build one right now, so you have to build it from source. Instructions are here: https://github.com/apigee/apib/blob/master/doc/BUILDING.md It doesn't take any time to build if you've ever built something with CMake or Bazel before. If not I hope that the instructions are sufficient. It doesn't depend on much so I expect it'll run there just fine.
