Description

With Monetization organization and ApigeeX, on App Creation page, it takes time to load the page.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use the ApigeeX Monetization enabled org.
  2. Visit Create App page.
  3. It will take time to load

Actual Behavior

It filters the Api Product for subscribed and free by checking each rate plans. That's why it takes time to load.

Expected Behavior

It should take less time to load 1 API instead of filtering on each rateplan apis.
