SimpleUploadServer is still using an old version of Apollo Server and secops is making a bunch of PRs to try get the dependencies updates some of which cannot be merged.

Maybe we should combine SimpleUploadServer and StarWarsServer into one for simplicity?

Not needed, was removed in #497.
