evaluate (and add) ACME clients

The Let's Encrypt list of clients contains a bunch of copyfree software. As of this writing, the first list at the top of that page has been finished, plus the C implementation "acme-client". The rest of the page, starting with Bash implementations, needs to be evaluated, and implementations found to be copyfree need to get added to the works list.
