Maybe this is too ambitious, but one of the rather clever examples in stackstac (which I think of as ~ python gdalcubes) is the ability to re-calculate the resolution dynamically as a user zooms into a map; see https://stackstac.readthedocs.io/en/latest/examples/show.html.
The result is impressive, at least on a well-provisioned cloud machine. Just curious if something similar might be possible here, or more generally for your thoughts on this use case for which users typically rely on GEE.
