Testing a new image collection format

Hi,

I'm pretty new to working with this library and am trying to make my own image collection format for Sentinel-2 L2A data retrieved from AWS. I've created a JSON file for the new image collection, but I'm not exactly sure how to begin testing it. Where should I put my JSON file for testing so that the source code knows to look at it?
