Get an error when trying to create a new gem.

$ jeweler --rspec thespian
/Users/cjbottaro/.rbenv/versions/1.9.3-p0/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/jeweler2-2.0.9/lib/jeweler/generator.rb:221:in `read': No such file or directory - /Users/cjbottaro/.rbenv/versions/1.9.3-p0/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/jeweler2-2.0.9/lib/jeweler/templates/.gitignore (Errno::ENOENT)

I removed the templates stuff, but I suppose it is a feature that should be in here, seems common enough.
