Add support for CriteriaBuilder to implementation. EntityManger should provide a getCriteriaBuilder() method.

I believe this would require upgrading to support JPA 2.0 as the getCriteriaBuilder() method is not available in 1.0 (http://download.oracle.com/javaee/5/api/javax/persistence/EntityManager.html)
