SLAcker aims to measure response time and general SLA metrics on high-level projects, initially. Also planned to be a workflow-assistant via highlighting things that need action on projects. Longterm, potentially (this is more of a glint in my and others' eyes) a project ownership/responsibility-delegation tool, used to both define responsibilities, measure them, and enable them.
