Description

When the feature flag is turned off, the HTML column types are correctly displayed as Plain Text; however, the computed values are not shown.

Steps To Reproduce

The safety net which has been implementated in case there are critical issues with the Feature, and we need to turn it off is not working as expected.

Steps :

1. DnD a table and bind it with data such that some of the columns are HTML
2. Turn off the feature flag.
3. The Computed values in the property pane are showed as [] in the property Pane
