Testing the behaviour of releaserpleaser.go is very hard, as it basically needs a full forge to function. We would either need to completely mock it, or have an automated setup with an actual forge.

Creating new projects on GitHub.com or GitLab.com might be annoying/hard and requires a user account with the forge.

Instead we could use a self-hosted forge for the tests.
