I am so sorry to say that I still have issues with the download of a larger amount of images.
But this time the zip file does not contain zero byte images but the download never starts as the preparation of the zip seems to fail.
This is what I tested:
I created a test-set of 486 images
I tried to download all of them via the image gallery page by "select all" + "download"
this test fails silently as the zip is never created and no download is triggered
I tried the download of all images via the "options | images" page
this test fails but shows me that the creation was stuck at image 213 of 486
I then checked my images thoroughly and found that some of them were "FAILED" images which is of course pretty normal, but only after deleting these failed images manually from my gallery I was able to download the complete zip again.
Hopefully this analysis helps you finding the cause :)
Maybe it is just enough to exclude the images of those failed generations from the zip.
The parameters json file might still be helpful though.
