Harbor failed to connect on trivy-adapter api since v0.31.0

What steps did you take and what happened:

1. deploy harbor components version 2.10.2.
2. on harbor portal, open the configuration of trivy adapter and click on Test connection.
3. harbor-core failed to connect with error

What did you expect to happen:

harbor should connect successfully to trivy adapter api. This error was introduced in harbor-scanner-trivy v0.31.0

Environment:

• Harbor version: 2.10.2
• Harbor Scanner Adapter for Trivy version: v0.31.2
