Shaman issues

When a mob is in camp I get this spam:

is your shaman casting something it shouldn't or not casting something it should? i wouldn't recommend turning on debug spam, it is spammy.

Shaman is casting sloth on toons as needed, that's it. Will heal no problem. No clue why it's spamming the

constantly.

When I turn on slow and cripple mobs it's also using a lower level slow. The best one is 'Balance of Discord' right now.
It also spams this constantly with slow and cripple turned on:

its just spamming because you turned on the ability validation spam

Oh i know that, that's not the complaint ). Why does it search for those spells when balance and cripple are memmed but it doesn't cast it on any mobs?
