Use-case: Institutional repository

As a provider of an institutional repository, I want to support automated workflows into and/or out of arXiv to support the needs of researchers as well as institutional mandates. For example, researchers at this institution should be able to easily accession arXiv metadata and content into the institutional repository. In addition, or alternatively, staff at the IR should be able to quickly identify submissions originating from their institution, and ingest those materials into their IR.
