Generate aragonOS docs

Currently we are doing this here, but would it make more sense to have the docs generation in aragonOS repo and pull them from there?

Probably... but the painful bit is that it creates a lot of files to move over. It's probably easiest to go with the git submodule strategy, and depending on if we want to commit the documentation changes, either copy the folder or build it from this repo's local version.

These docs needs more visibility. I believe I found them about a month or two of been involved in the project
