Adding orders and customers

Would it be possible to get the possibility to add new orders to both existing and new customers?

Handy for sellers visiting customers. ;)

And just to make it clear, there is normally no need for any online payment processing for something like this. It would be handled by invoice or other not directly linked/integrated payment.
