Vasari version of RPS does not run if Revit version is already running. #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Revit 2012 (with RPS 2012)
2. Start Vasari (with RPS 2012)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This shouldn't be a problem. But according to Zach, the Vasari version won't 
run, because the DLL is being shared.

Also, they currently share the configuration file. This could be viewed as a 
bug. I think the shared repository feature would fix this, so we should 
actually move the Vasari install to a whole new folder and maybe rename it 
(VasariPythonShell, VPS?)
