Draw simulation structure

Currently, there is a mix of data included directly in the simulation and data required in excel inputs. Draw the complete workflow and potentially simplify it.

Same accounts for scenarios that do not influence thermal performance. Simulation speed can be greatly enhanced if this is only added in post-processing instead of a full simulation (e.g. decarbonization factors).
