The mixin-patched dependency doesn't retain manifest attributes; notably, the lack of a Premain-Class attribute definition prevents Mixin hotswapping.

Looks like SpongePowered/Mixin#408 hasn't been resolved yet, so hotswapping won't work on ModLauncher anyways.
