Reorganize top right nav in header

The top right navigation has many links/icons, we should reorganize it based on importance and leveraging the space in the the sidebar footer. See design here and here.

I've been thinking about this. There are currently too many links and the original design can't fit them all, so the compact display we have atm works better.

If we need all these destinations (and potentially accomodate for more) we should create a traditional footer that will provide plenty of space.
