Determine how to verify Vercelbot

Vercelbot is used to generate screenshots for Vercel deployments, therefore it is one that most users would likely not want to block. It would be good to be able to verify that requests from its user-agent are legitimate though, so we should ask Vercel for guidance on how to verify their bots.
