May I use Phylostratr to study the genomic phylostratigraphy of Mycobacterium tuberculosis? #24

Hi,

Phylostratr is so wonderful that I would like to use it to study the genomic phylostratigraphy of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

The Phylostratr appears to have been designed for use in eukaryotes, but I still wonder if Phylostratr can be used in prokaryotes?
