Expected behavior

The install guide should help users install Moltres.

Describe the bug

The install guide currently points to the Moose conda-env install guide, while also instructing the user to build Moltres from the Master branch. This is causing build failures because the Master branch has a moose version from March 6, which is incompatible with Moose's recent moose-dev versions.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Follow Moose conda-env install guide to install up-to-date moose-dev
  2. Follow Moltres install guide to build Moltres

How can this issue be closed?

This Issue can be closed when following the Install guide leads to a successful build of Moltres.
This can be done by updating the Master branch, and by updating the install guide to include basic troubleshooting (checking moose-dev version against moose submodule).
