This PR does the following:

  1. This PR adds the filter data, that is the name of States and Districts to a static index.ts file in the frontend/Data folder
  2. The data added is in form of JavaScript arrays and Objects
  3. Creates the UI of the Statistics page according to the low-fi wireframes.
