Multiple clusters and first deploy application

Hi all, we are planning to migrate to argocd to our CD deployments. We want the best way to deploy same applications into our clusters eks at AWS, and the best current way to do it is app of apps patters (argocd-labs is not a posiibility into production environment).

The problem is: We are deploy a helm deploy, as documentation. But have some questions:

• What is the best way to deploy the first application (pattern application of application, that point into chart folder that contais others applications templates), manually? there're some way to automate/delegate to the deployments teams this procedure?
• There are some way to deploy same add-ons or applications to all clusters, and manage it with app of apps patterns?
• There're some procedure to add new clusters? ex: adding the cluster as code
• We need a helm chart deploy, like the example, to deploy into every cluster?
