I am using Argocd 2.12.10 , having this error while tryong to sync any argo application

Unable to load data: error getting cached app managed resources: cache: key is missing

Please provide steps to reproduce this issue. Fill the necessary details as specified in the issue template, like the version etc.

Curious to know if you are using the argocd cli in core mode?
