Incorrect labeling of per_sweep_annotations

I am trying to track annotated objects within the scenes of Argoverse 1 3D Tracking data.
The centroids of the objects do not make sense, for example pedestrians move at 60km/h.
I am using the raw files of tracked_object_labels.json and city_SE3_egovehicle.json of each scene to match the coordinates of the ego vehicle with surrounding road users by timestamp, but the results are not consistent. Could there be an issue in the annotations?
