実装したものの, エンジンに一度初期化を POST し, 応答の待機中に synthesis を送ると,
後者の synthesis からフックされる初期化によって, 再度最初から初期化されてしまう.

多分 voicevox engine の制約なので, そのうち確認したい.

いやごめんバグ直した記憶はあるけどこっち側でAPIの新オプションを使い始めた記憶がないかも
