add a helm chart for unchained, and allow the user the ability to specify which chains they want to run unchained for. They should also be able to pull the environment variable for the fullnode address if specified.
The unchained community uses pulumi to deploy the daemon today, which is in their repo's pulumi subdirectory. This might be helpful in figuring out how to run this daemon.
