What does the Classification on CARD RGI page indicate? #109

mgrA a gene known to repress tet38 (conferring resistance to tetracycline). But, mgrA has tetracycline as one of the terms in its Classification. Does Classification terms for gene actually indicates that the gene confers resistance to those antibiotics or does it simply they are somehow associated with them?
