Hi @PALLAVISmohanty ,
thanks for opening this issue. Unfortunately, this error has been occurring recently and we are in the process of finding the cause. This Error seems to relate to ramnathv/htmlwidgets#320

There are several alternatives to install cbpManager:

1. remotes::install_github("arsenij-ust/cbpManager", ref = "master").
2. BiocManager::install("cbpManager") (Bioconductor)
3. use the docker version of cbpManager, which you can find here cbpmanager.deploy
