Problem: It isn't possible to see 'status' on the workflow history screen

In investigating issues with some collections taking a long time, I've found it difficult to relate how long a collection was in a particular state when looking at the Workflow history screen.

Ideally I'd like to be able to see how long a collection was "queued" then how long it was "in progress" (and if it was ever put in "pending" that would be useful to). Similarly if something sits in 'error' status it would be great to see that clearly too.

You can infer this if you know the activity names well .... e.g. in the screen shot below you can infer that the collection was queued up until the 'download-activity' was started (after which it would be "in progress").
