Login docs incorrectly state that non-admin users can change profile data

The current sentence: "When the profile option is selected, a user can update their own user name, email, and password - see below, Change password."

Should be changed to: "When the profile option is selected, a user can view their profile detail information and reset their password - see below, Change password. An administrator user can also change their username and email address on this screen."
