Describe the bug
Gradle does not parse project.version at plugin.yml

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

build jar using gradle

Expected behavior
Gradle should parse version

Additional context

[18:22:49 INFO]: Artemus version ${project.version}
[18:22:49 INFO]: Developer edition of Artemis
[18:22:49 INFO]: Website: https://artemis.ac
[18:22:49 INFO]: Authors: Ghast, Frep, Elevated, Tecnio and GladUrBad
