ASK [MariaDB | Create root user] ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
changed: [nextcloud-1.centos.com] => (item=localhost)
changed: [nextcloud-1.centos.com] => (item=::1)
changed: [nextcloud-1.centos.com] => (item=127.0.0.1)

This is new behavior. Maybe due to recent version change in MariaDB? Need to investigate.
