Not everyone wants to install from the bleeding edge, so create a new PPA nixnote2-stable

Here is an example of a tag on the main code repo:

To continue developing changes to the stable PPA recipes and packaging files, once people start to rely upon it, it might be wise to start off with an unstable PPA that we can find some volunteers to test against.

One packaging feature we can work in testing in there is the enhancement #17

Hi NixNote fans, I have seen your interest in a stable PPA in baumgarr issues ... @rsyring @kmf @vitaly-zdanevich @romansavrulin

Now that I might have a little time free to work on such a PPA, I'm asking for your support, not in testing the PPA (yet), but in case any of you have any skills at all related to building packages perhaps you might be able to help me with debugging the recipes and rules? Or do you know someone who might?

Making progress is always easier when there's more than one person behind the wheel so any support or guidance would be welcome
Thanks
Art

Hi, I have zero experience in creating packages for Ubuntu :(

But maybe I can help with something else.
