Removing bokeh plotting backend

Currently we have no documented examples of the Bokeh backend, and it's unlikely that it's being used by any users, even though it more or less works. But as we move toward pure Julia plotting packages #108 #130, it might be nice to drop official support for the Bokeh backend so we don't need to maintain it.
