NewStory: provide a way to refresh and update the list of online sources of DAISY books

Following on from the User Story in 
http://code.google.com/p/android-daisy-epub-reader/issues/detail?id=65 we would 
like to enable users to download a revised / updated list of online sources for 
DAISY books. 

For testing purposes we can even use the current project site as a source of 
books. For instance, the mini DAISY book 
http://code.google.com/p/android-daisy-epub-reader/source/browse/#svn%2Ftrunk%2F
files-used-for-testing%2Ftestfiles%2Fminidaisyaudiobook 

This book is currently unpacked, i.e. not zipped, so the download would involve 
downloading each of the related files correctly unless we decide to simply 
create and upload this content as a single zip file.

Thoughts:
We always want a backstop, a failsafe set of online sources. The set of updates 
may be corrupted or otherwise 'broken' so we don't want users to be blocked in 
the event of problems in their latest set of online sources. Perhaps they'll 
need a way to revert and/or select which revision of the updates to use?
