[enhance] [DirectIO] print line's content on parse error

Summary

[DirectIO TSV format]
DirectIO currently does not print input detail which caused the error but print cause itself.
This makes difficult to find out which line has the cause. It is desirable to show the line's content on the error.

(e.g. When input contains escape character '', the job aborts and prints caused exceptions, but no details of input.)
