swing timer is not working properly with the parryhaste

i'm using normal attack swing timers from both TMW and WA. and time to time i could find they don't match. and as shown in the attached file, i found that the parryhaste is not applied properly to the TMW swing timer. the flat white swing timer is WA and another white swing timer is TMW.
