Allow to choose application destination path

On my device "/home//IdeaProjects" is not writeable, and I need to specify a different path.
A second note: the home path of the user "root" is normally "/root" and not "/home/root/" as used by this plugin. (Usally the path "/home/root/" does not exist)

Can I change the path in a configuration file, or do I have to recompile the plugin?

Would be great because for some reasons I also would like to let it upload to a different path
