assess_main.py only calculate Fmax. Is there a way to also calculate Smin?

Hi, If I remember correctly there was a way to compute it with this tool https://github.com/yuxjiang/CAFA2. If this does not work have a look at my implementation here https://github.com/bio-ontology-research-group/deepgoplus/blob/master/evaluate_deepgoplus.py#L236
