Users should be able to select a country (and optionally crop to some provinces or states) and run a model; there should be defaults for all widgets or function arguments.

Using various DataTables extensions it is possible to provide a GUI to allow the user to modify a provided template for any given country we have a template for. This will allow us to simplify the cyclic process of 1. upload seed data, 2. simulate with seeded data, 3. modify seed data.
