Can any one help me on resolving this issue

May be due to you use zip file and extract on somewhere.

Resolve steps :
1)Open Terminal
2)chmod +x MapFileParser.sh

For example
chmod +x /Users/XXX/Desktop/iOS\ Builds/ProjectName/MapFileParser.sh
