How to set up js_binary() to call a JavaScript utility and using the packages entry_point .js file

I've successfully set up js_binary for netlistsvg, which I'm using when I create .svg files from .v (Verilog) in Bazel for use with Sphinx.

However, this requires me to create a small main.js(below), whereas it seems to me that I should be able to use https://github.com/nturley/netlistsvg/blob/master/bin/netlistsvg.js directly.

package.json sets up as netlistsvg in the PATH
