Different results between libman restore and right click restore

Hi, I'm getting different results between using libman restore and right click restore in VS over libman.json

This package files starts in uppercase

If I ask for the files using right click restore over libman.json in VS I get the files with the same case.
But If I ask for the files using "libman restore" I get the files in lowercase

The problem is that developers use right-click, and the pipeline uses libman restore, so in one of the two cases, the system doesn't work because it can't find the resource in the correct case.
